For 20 years, yoga has been what keeps me healthiest; physically, mentally, and spiritually, and the more I connect with people, the greater my passion is to give the gift of yoga to others. You can expect my classes to be inclusive of everybody. Come with an open mind and heart and I’ll take care of teaching you healthy alignment, breath and movement. This is not “look what I can do” yoga. This is “look how I can feel” yoga and we can’t wait for you to experience that with us.
